A1 Certifiers is a team of building certifiers in Australia licensed by the Building Services Authority (BSA). Following the Queensland Building Act 1975, our role as Building Certifiers Australia is mainly to facilitate the approval, inspection and certification of building work in Queensland.
We ensure that building works comply with the required parts of the Queensland Development Code (QDC), the Building Code of Australia (BCA), relevant Australian Standards (AS) and all applicable building control legislation.

What does a building certifier do?

A1 Certifiers, Building Certification Consultants Qld, provides approval, inspection and certification services for residential and commercial buildings of all categories of buildings and structures, from residential to commercial. Our staff has various technical and practical experience that enables A1 Building Certification Consultants to provide buildable and cost-effective solutions.
We can provide building certification services anywhere in Queensland. We are also licensed as Building Surveyors in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

During the construction phase of the building, we will

Perform the required inspections and additional inspections as necessary
Provide ongoing consultation to ensure your project is built in compliance with BA documents
Make the final certification of your project upon satisfactory completion of construction and acceptance of all required certification and supporting documents
Issue final certification documentation to the client and local government under the Queensland Building Act 1975 to complete the BA process
